Entry Point: TR1 — Foundation

Based on your responses, the correct entry point is the Foundation level of the Trisphereon. The work begins with the honest identification of the primary deficit — not the symptom you are managing, but the source producing it. A discovery call will confirm this diagnosis and map the specific work required.

What Happens After You Start

The process is the same for everyone.Four steps. One standard.

The Diagnostic

The Seven Stars assessment identifies the specific need driving your current pattern and the precise capability deficit limiting your performance. The diagnostic determines the correct entry level — not where you think you are, but where the evidence places you.

Framework Entry

Coaching, programme, or self-directed work begins at the correct level of the Trisphereon. For most individuals this is TR1. The work is specific to your deficit, your context, and the behavioural evidence that will confirm transfer has occurred.

03
Transfer Measurement

Transfer is measured at 90 and 180 days. Not satisfaction. Not completion. Observable change in how you perform in the specific contexts the deficit was limiting. If it is not there, the work continues. The engagement does not end when the programme ends.

Exit & Independence

The engagement ends when the transfer is complete — when you can identify your own deficits, apply the framework without external input, and sustain the development without the support. That is the only exit condition this work accepts.

The only wrong move is not starting.
